Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions.

Effective 12 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://thezelleo.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Zelleo (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about Zelleo and its products and services. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to supply, or professional, legal, financial or technical advice. Any supply of products or services by Zelleo is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by Zelleo and the customer.

2. Product information and availability

Descriptions of products, features, deployment options and hardware specifications are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Specifications are indicative and are confirmed only in a written proposal. Products described as “coming soon” are not yet available and may be changed or withdrawn before release.

3. Demonstrations and sample data

The interactive demonstrations are illustrations. They operate on sample data in your browser and do not represent the results of any customer. Figures, estimates and outcomes shown in a demonstration are illustrative only and are not a forecast, guarantee or warranty of performance.

4. Eden, the site guide

Eden provides automated answers drawn from the content of the Website. Its answers are offered for convenience, may be incomplete, and do not form part of any contract. You should confirm any matter of importance with us directly before relying on it.

Statistics attributed to third parties are reproduced as published by the cited source, and we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference only. We do not control those websites and accept no responsibility for their content or availability.

6. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any proposal we provide is non-binding until it is incorporated into a written agreement signed by both parties. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to

  • use the Website in any manner that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with the proper operation or security of the Website;
  • access the Website by automated means in a manner that disregards its published crawling instructions or places an unreasonable load on it;
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

8. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, software and the selection and arrangement of that content, are owned by or licensed to Zelleo and are protected by intellectual property laws. The name Zelleo and the names of its products and services are trade marks or trade names of Zelleo. You may view the Website and reproduce brief extracts for your own internal evaluation, provided that the source is acknowledged. No other licence or right is granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelleo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelleo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zelleo and hold it harmless against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12. Changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website, or amend these Terms, at any time. The amended Terms take effect when they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire understanding between you and Zelleo concerning your use of the Website.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@thezelleo.com or submitted through our Contact page.
