00Supply Chain

Builders, suppliers, freight. One schedule.

Zelleo is building a way for the builder’s programme, the supplier’s stock and the truck between them to work from the same information, so material arrives when the work needs it.

01The problem

Construction supply breaks where three businesses meet.

Each party works from its own information. The gaps between them cost time on site, labour in the office and money no budget line owns.

Builders and project operators

The shortfall is found when the work in front of it stops. A two-day slip on one delivery can cost a week once the pour window is missed.

Rework runs at about 5% of project cost, and 12–15% on a poorly run job (Construction Industry Institute, RS-153).

Material suppliers and yards

Requests arrive through a dealer, one call at a time. The yard quotes blind, waits, and is rarely told why it lost.

Confirming a single order can take three to five days of calls.

Logistics and transport

Trucks are booked after the order rather than against the schedule, so loads run part-full and site slots are missed.

Up to 40% of truck time in India runs empty (NITI Aayog and RMI).

02How Zelleo coordinates

One schedule drives the order, the supplier and the truck.

  1. 01The schedule movesZelleo reads the programme the builder already keeps and sees the change before anyone on site does.
  2. 02The need is computedWhich material, which grade, how much and by when, against the dependent work.
  3. 03Suppliers are asked at onceThe approved panel receives grade, quantity, window and site access together, and answers inside its own rules.
  4. 04Freight is matchedThe truck is attached to the accepted slot in the same step, and every promise and delivery sits on one shared record.

Anything outside the limits each business sets stops and waits for a person.

03Why it matters

Time, cost and execution.

  1. TimeOrders are confirmed against the schedule, not chased after a shortfall.
  2. CostLess waste above the allowance, fewer part-loads and empty runs, and no fee paid only for an introduction.
  3. ExecutionCrews keep working because the material is already on its way, and a disputed delivery is settled from one record.
04Who keeps what

Everyone keeps control of their own business.

BuildersYour suppliers, negotiated rates, quality checks, credit terms and the right to override any allocation.
SuppliersYour customers, your price floor and every channel you use today. No bidding war, no broker, no exclusivity. Price is one of six allocation inputs, and you are told which input lost a load.
TransportersLoads offered against confirmed delivery slots, with timing and site access attached.

Zelleo does not buy, resell or hold stock. It coordinates the panel you already have.

That’s the problem. The Platform is how we solve it.
