Privacy Policy.

Effective 12 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zelleo (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit https://thezelleo.com (the “Website”) or communicate with us. By using the Website you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal data that we handle as the operator of the Website. It does not apply to data that our customers store or process using Zelleo products on their own infrastructure. That processing is governed by the written agreement between Zelleo and the customer concerned.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you provide to us. When you submit the enquiry form or write to us by email, we receive the details you choose to give: your name, company, work email address, telephone number, the product or service you are interested in, your intended timeline and the content of your message. The form also records a reference number and the address of the page from which it was sent.

Technical information. When your browser requests a page, the servers that deliver the Website receive standard technical information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, the date and time of the request and the resource requested.

Information stored on your device. The Website uses your browser’s local storage, not cookies, to remember your scroll position during a visit, to record when an enquiry was last submitted so that duplicate submissions can be prevented, and to keep copies of site files so that pages load quickly. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Information we do not collect. Questions typed into Eden, the site guide, are answered inside your browser and are not sent to us or to any third party. The interactive demonstrations use sample data, and anything you enter into a demonstration remains in your browser. The Website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data for the following purposes

  • to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and continue any correspondence that follows from it;
  • to operate, secure and maintain the Website, including the prevention of misuse and spam;
  • to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.

We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give by voluntarily providing them for the purpose stated on the form, and, where applicable law so provides, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the Website secure. Where the law requires us to retain or disclose information, we process it to comply with that obligation.

5. Disclosure of personal data

We disclose personal data only as follows

  • to service providers that act on our behalf, namely the form-processing service that transmits your submission to our mailbox, our email provider and our hosting provider, each of which is permitted to use the data only to provide its service to us;
  • to professional advisers, where necessary and under a duty of confidentiality;
  • to courts, regulators or law-enforcement authorities, where we are required to do so by law;
  • to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this Policy.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process personal data in countries other than the one in which you are located. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we do so in accordance with applicable data protection law.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and thereafter only for as long as the law requires. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

8. Security

We maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India, you may

  • request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and of how it is processed;
  • request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected or updated;
  • request that personal data be erased where it is no longer required;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal;
  • nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity;
  • raise a grievance with us and, if it is not resolved, with the competent data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@thezelleo.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Website is intended for business users. It is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so that we can delete it.

11. Third-party websites

The Website contains links to websites operated by third parties, including professional networking profiles and the sources of published statistics. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time. The amended version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.

13. Contact and grievance redressal

Questions, requests and grievances concerning this Policy or our handling of personal data may be addressed to the Grievance Officer, Zelleo, India, at contact@thezelleo.com. Use of the Website is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
