00Infrastructure

Your data stays inside your building.

Zelleo installs the data infrastructure inside your enterprise. All your data lives on it, none of it leaves the building, and your agents run on its full context.

01Why it matters

Three things you get from keeping it in house.

  1. 01Your data never leavesEvery record, file and decision is held on machines inside your enterprise. None of it goes to another company’s cloud, and none of it is fed to anyone else’s model.
  2. 02Your agents see the whole businessAll your data sits in one place, so your agents work with the full context of the operation, not the fragments a rented tool is shown.
  3. 03It keeps working offlineThe records, the platform and the agents all run on your own network, so the business keeps going when the internet does not.
02What you keep

Ask where your data is. The answer should be: in our building.

A model can be swapped in an afternoon. The record underneath it, and the place that record lives, is what you keep. Zelleo builds that part, inside your business, so your agents grow there rather than somewhere you rent by the hour.

An agent is also only as good as what it can read. Here it reads the whole organised record of your business, on machines in your own building.

03How it works

One infrastructure, inside your enterprise.

We install it inside your business and bring all your data onto it. The data stays with you, and your agents get the whole picture.

  1. 01Installed in your buildingThe machines, the platform and the agents are installed on your premises, sized to your operation. No suitable space? We deliver a self-contained room.
  2. 02All your data in one placeRecords, documents, transactions and conversations from every system you run are brought onto it and organised into one record of the business.
  3. 03Nothing leavesThe network is set so your data has no route out. Your agents run on the whole context, and the context stays with you.
04How it is sized

Sized from your operation, not from a price list.

Tell us how many people will use it, how many sites you run and what work it has to carry. We size it from that conversation, from a single site office to a whole group, and the cost follows from the size.

05Technical details

The questions procurement asks.

Everything below is here in full. Open the ones that matter to you.

What does No-Egress actually mean?

The systems holding your data have no outbound route. The network boundary is configured so your records cannot leave it, and that configuration is written into the agreement.

When your agent deals with another business, it sends only the message you approved, never the records underneath it.

Who owns a model trained on our data?

You do. A model trained on your data keeps its weights with you, so leaving Zelleo does not cost you the work that went into it.

You can also bring an approved open-weight or licensed model instead. Changing the model moves no records, rules or logs.

What happens if the connection drops?

The business keeps running. The platform, the records and the agents are all inside your building, on your own network.

Where does our data sit, and can we prove it?

Inside your building, on machines installed for you. It is a place you can walk to, not a setting in someone else’s cloud.

That gives procurement one answer on residency, access control and audit, instead of a questionnaire.

How does it arrive, and what happens after?

Scoping sizes it from your people, your sites and the work it has to carry. Your records, permissions, approval rules and network boundaries are configured before it leaves us, so it arrives ready to plug in.

After that: monitoring, updates and capacity planning against the rules agreed at scoping.

What does it cost to run?

Capacity you own is bought once rather than metered forever, so the bill does not grow every time the business uses the system more.

Zelleo does not publish per-tier prices, because the sizing, and therefore the cost, comes out of scoping.
