1. **Observe**: Reads the work as it happens: orders, schedules, documents and messages.
2. **Analyse**: Checks the situation against your rules and history, and spots what needs attention.
3. **Recommend**: Proposes an action to a person, with the reasoning attached.
4. **Execute within limits**: Carries out an action only where it has been authorised to, once that capability is implemented.
5. **Escalate**: Hands consequential or uncertain decisions to a named person.

## 02 What changes for one person.

An example

A project manager spends most of Thursday assembling the weekly client report: pulling site photos, chasing the day’s updates, checking what changed since last week.

1. **The problem**: The report is assembled by hand every week. The information exists, but it is spread across messages, photo rolls and three people’s memories.
